Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account for The Neuveda app, published by The Neuveda, and what happens to the data stored with it.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open The Neuveda app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab and tap the Settings icon.
  3. Tap Account & Subscription.
  4. Tap Delete Account, then confirm with Yes, Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email theneuveda@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will reply to confirm the request, then delete your account and its data within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address and sign-in details
  • Your profile, including your birth date, time and place
  • Your quiz answers and Blueprint results
  • Your Advisor conversations and memories
  • Your activity in the app, such as login dates, likes, saves, streaks and badges

What we keep

  • Messages you sent to our support team, which we keep for our support records.
  • Crash reports and diagnostic logs. They are not linked to your name or email address, and they expire on their own within 90 days.
