We utilize Google Cloud and its related services (such as Cloud Firestore, Authentication, and Hosting) to store and process our User Data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

Data Storage: Your data is stored and processed on Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure.
Security: We leverage Firebase Security Rules and Google Cloud’s extensive security measures to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
Processing: While Google acts as our data processor, please refer to our processor’s terms and conditions here. The Neuveda remains the data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your data.

3.3 Data Usage

We collect and use your data only for the following legitimate purposes:

(b) Any decision you make regarding your health, medical treatment, or medication based on information obtained through the Service;

(c) Any reliance you place on scientific claims, study references, or percentage figures presented in our educational content;

(d) Any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party integrations (including but not limited to wearable health devices, fitness trackers, or connected health applications) in conjunction with the Service.

6.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and content creators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
